Abstract
There are many theories claiming to have the answer to the reasons for aging. One of those theories, the Disposable Soma theory, is being tested in this project. Performing bioinformatics techniques, and utilizing a number of tools on data acquired from an experiment done using mice, we are looking to find if single nucleotide point mutations are occuring more often in old mice than in young mice.
