Abstract
The purpose of this project is to provide an efficient, functional, and online visual representation of genomic functional enrichment data. To do this, we created a web app with the ability to display a visual representation of the results of hypergeometric enrichment tests in the form of a treemap. The treemap enables the user to quickly and easily view the data at various levels of detail.
