Abstract
Tapestries are woven pictures that convey meaning and information through art and design. Sometimes used to tell stories to those who could not read, they are like a snapshot, or image, of people and places long ago. When combined with the sections created by their classmates, students will have a complete image of the world to put the rest of the course into context. This project will provide an opportunity for students to explore, at a deeper level, the key themes of the AP World History Modern course.
