Abstract
When President William Jefferson Clinton was accused of having a sexual affair with White House intern Monica Lewinsky, the scandal occupied a permanent home in the headlines for well over a year and a half. While his inexplicable relationship with Monica Lewinsky was ultimately to be Clinton's Achilles' heel, it is important to remember that much of President Clinton's trouble actually stemmed from an alleged encounter with another woman—Paula Jones.
